  • What’s the return policy?
    We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 30 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll be happy to assist you. To return your order for a full refund, please email cs@simonetec.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and we’ll be back in touch when your refund has been issued.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
  • International Shipping?
    We are unable to ship internationally at this moment.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Our current delivery timeline is 2-5 business days, which is reflected during checkout and in your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your products are on the way. All orders ship via USPS Priority and are typically delivered 3-5 days (M-F) after shipment. If you have any concern regards to shipping, please contact us cs@simonetec.com
  • My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it ---- is it lost?
    Sometimes there may be a delivery hiccup, which we know can be frustrating. This is usually resolved by the mail carrier, and your package should be at your door within the next few days. In the meantime, if you’re able to safely check with your neighbors and/or mail carrier, they may have more information.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please track your order on the UPS,FEDEX,USPS website with the provided tracking number.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, we can always assist you with this matter. Please contact us at cs@simonetec.com for more information.
  • Do you offer any promotions?
    We offer periodic promotions; just make sure you're signed up for our mailing list, and you'll always be in the know. Please note that any applicable discount or gift with purchase will be reflected in your shopping cart before checkout, and discounts cannot be combined.
  • What is the shelf life of a product?
    Our products have been tested to have at least a 3-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. If your product looks and smells the way it normally does, it is good to use.
  • Can I return products to you that I purchased in-store?
    ● No, we only process returns for products purchased online at www.simonetec.com
