Frequently asked questions
We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 30 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll be happy to assist you.
To return your order for a full refund, please email cs@simonetec.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and we’ll be back in touch when your refund has been issued.
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
We are unable to ship internationally at this moment.
Our current delivery timeline is 2-5 business days, which is reflected during checkout and in your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your products are on the way. All orders ship via USPS Priority and are typically delivered 3-5 days (M-F) after shipment. Sometimes there may be a delivery hiccup, which we know can be frustrating. This is usually resolved by the mail carrier, and your package should be at your door within the next few days. In the meantime, if you’re able to safely check with your neighbors and/or mail carrier, they may have more information.
